WHAT IS ARMED-UP? 

  • ARMED-UP is a specialized arm training program for strength and muscle growth in the biceps, triceps and shoulders.  
  • Use the program as an ADD ON to any regular strength training program to boost your arm strength and size. 
  • The program includes 5 different workouts, each consisting of 3 exercises (one for biceps, one for triceps and one for shoulders).
  • You will perform 2 arm workouts per week. 
  • Follow the program for 4 weeks, before switching to another ADD ON program. 

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED? 

  • This program can be done at any regular gym, or at home.
  • You need: barbell, weight plates, dumbbells, kettlebell, elastic band and a towel.
