WHAT IS ARMED-UP?
- ARMED-UP is a specialized arm training program for strength and muscle growth in the biceps, triceps and shoulders.
- Use the program as an ADD ON to any regular strength training program to boost your arm strength and size.
- The program includes 5 different workouts, each consisting of 3 exercises (one for biceps, one for triceps and one for shoulders).
- You will perform 2 arm workouts per week.
- Follow the program for 4 weeks, before switching to another ADD ON program.
WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED?
- This program can be done at any regular gym, or at home.
- You need: barbell, weight plates, dumbbells, kettlebell, elastic band and a towel.
