WHAT IS SANDVIK’S 30-DAY FAT BURN CHALLENGE? 

  • A fat burning program that consists of daily 4 minute high intensity interval workouts. 
  • You can either use it as an ADD ON to any regular strength training training program, OR if your only goal is fat loss, use it as a standalone program. 
  • The program is targeted towards a 30 day challenge, with the intent of creating a new fat burning habit into your daily life. 
  • After the 30 day challenge, you can either change to another ADD ON program, continue until you are satisfied with your body fat percentage, or downregulate to 2-3 weekly fat burn workouts.   

    WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED? 

      • This program can be done at any regular gym, or at home.
      • Only a handfull exercises requires equipment (dumbbell and/or kettlebell, and elastic band)
      • If you don't have any equipment at all, you are provided with bodyweight alternatives - so you can follow this program 100% with bodyweight only.
